我们着手设计的方式不追求鲜明的风格，而是从客户诉求、功能要求以及场地特质等方面所面临的挑战进行创造性的回应，寻求每个项目的独特之处，并在城市、建筑、以及室内等多个尺度进行表达。虽然不是设计初衷，但每个项目的执行都以其清晰的概念和强烈的视觉效果而形成自己的风格——建筑解答先验地存在于项目伊始，而设计就是将其发掘出来的过程。
鲍威还担任天津大学建筑学院研究生企业导师，以及本科生毕业设计导师，执教胡同改造更新、博物馆建筑、新疆地域建筑等挑战性的设计课题。近期担任天津大学低空经济规划与应用研究院副院长，并主持低空创新场景的系列课题。
We were established in Beijing in 2013. Our lead architect, Bao Wei, obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University and a Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He previously worked at Machado and Silvetti Associates in the United States.
Our approach to design does not pursue a set of styles, but rather creatively responds to challenges presented by client needs, functional requirements, and site-specific characteristics. We seek unique aspects of each project and express them across multiple scales, including urban, architectural, and interior dimensions. Although not as initial intention, the execution of each project develops its own identity through clear concepts and strong visual impact—the architectural solution exists a priori at the project's inception, and design is the process of uncovering it.
Bao Wei also serves as Graduate Enterprise Mentor and Undergraduate Thesis Advisor at the School of Architecture in Tianjin University, teaching challenging design topics such as urban renewal, cultural architecture, and regional architecture. Recently appointed as Vice President of Tianjin University Institute of Low-Altitude Economy Planning and Applications, he has been leading a series of research and design initiatives on innovative low-altitude scenarios.
